Camp Createability is a Video and Entertainment program for individuals with Autism or other disabilities. We are now registering for the Summer Camps. All workshops and camps will end in making a mini film, with film credits for everyone involved. Creating a film is a monumental effort for any group, but for those with Autism or other disabilities, vital skills must be mastered to succeed, including cooperation, negotiation, listening, and taking direction. Participants will learn those skills as well as be introduced to many trades, animation, set design, script-writing, acting, dancing, singing, prop/set building, ward-robe, make-up, budgeting, directing, filming, editing, and other tasks necessary for a film.
The workshops and camp is open to Ages 8 -26. Our Adult vocational programs and camp is for anyone age 17 years and older. An awards ceremony and Red Carpet Premier for all programs will be held. This showing is open to families, friends, and the public.
Your help in promoting this great opportunity would be very much appreciated. This event is being sponsored by Bio Mat for Autism.
If you are interested in volunteering for any of our programs please contact [email protected] or register at http://campcreateability.org. To register for all workshops, vocational programs or summer camps go to http://campcreateability.org.
